With my electrician retiring after 14 years servicing my home I was pressed to find a company to take over our home’s needs. JEM Electrical came recommended from a colleague and they answered the phone, listened to my concern, and was out the same week. Professional, knowledgeable, and pricing was what I expected to pay. Do not shop around for another company. Go with JEM Electrical!!

I have had JEM Electric provide service multiple times. Steve came over today to install a vanity light, exhaust fan and change out a switch and GFI outlet in a recent bathroom remodel. Wiring was all in place so it was just a matter of installing. He called before he arrived and was professional and friendly when he showed up. The job was completed and he cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with the outcome and will continue to reach out to JEM for any other electrical needs in the future. Thanks guys!

Called Jem Electric they came out quick to fix our issue. Electrian Teddy was very professional explained everything showed me the burnt connection issue and what he had to repair to get our power back on. Can't thank them enough! I will definitely refer my friends and family to this awesome company!

JEM is great... bar none. Joe and Eddie are awesome to work with. The warranty they give on there work is industry best, period. I would and have used them over and over and over again, Pricing is lower than most as well with GREAT WORK! !!!

I have used JEM for several projects of various scale over the years. When I was getting comparison quotes for a project, JEM took the time to explain everything and even showed me why certain things weren't needed, saving me money. Their honesty and quality work is worth its weight in gold.

We recently had a mystery electrical issue. They were able to come out immediately to diagnose and help us out. It was a very stressful situation and the technical was so helpful and kind.

I don't even need multiple quotes now for any electrical work, my only call is to them.

We got multiple quotes to rewire our knob and tube and JEM was by far the most fair. We signed asap and they were there in 2 weeks. They initially quoted us 3 days, but the job ended up being a little bigger and it took one extra day but they still honored the original quote. Ian and Jared did an amazing job- they were respectful, minimized the damage and left every day with the house as clean as possible. They were the only company that offered to close up the holes they had to make and they did a great job there too! They added some lights to our dark basement and now we can actually see down there now without a flashlight. They added outlets to every room including the attic (didn’t even think it’d be possible!) I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of electric service!

We had an emergency situation and the contractor who came out took care of the emergency and gave us an estimate of $6,500 (which he later lowered to $5,500) for the work he said we needed. A friend recommended Jem so we had them come out to give us a second opinion. For just over $600 they did the work that actually needed to be done, in addition to a few other electrical issues we needed fixed. They were honest, on time, professional, and cleaned up everything when done. We were very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend them. We won’t call any other electrician in the future!

My wife plugged in a blow dryer into a regular outlet and it killed power to about 6 outlets and my powder room light. I checked every outlet myself to make sure there were no loose wires and everything was good. I was stumped! I couldn't find an electrician for a week because everyone was to busy to come out. JEM came out the next day first thing in the morning. My tech Jim/Joe I apologize I forgot his name was awesome. He crawled up my attic checked everywhere. Turns out the previous electrician ran wires and connected them into a LED junction box. Jim/Joe found the source fixed the wires and put the wires into there own housing. I was disappointed I wasn't able to find the source myself. But I learned a lot watching him trouble shoot my house to figure out the issue. The price was more than fair and I absolutely use JEM electric again.

I have used JEM numerous times and they continue to be responsiveness, prompt, and professional in everything they do. Eddie in the office is great to deal with and lets you know what to expect and when to expect. The guys that came out last week, Shawn and Steve, were friendly, prompt and very professional. Prices were fair and came in less than quoted when they realized scope of work was less than anticipated. Would recommend to anybody.

I have had my fair share of electricians in the 1 1/2 years Ive been in my home (a lot of electrical issues) and I cannot begin to tell you how much this company actually did the job I paid for fixed all my needs, they are great priced, professional electricians as well at office staff. Nothing but good to say about this company. When I couldn't figure out why we weren't getting power to several outlets and switches I finally broke down and called in a pro. They came out faster than I expected to see anyone and figured out my issue and had it fixed in 20 minutes. Billing was much better than I assumed so pleasant surprise there. Highly recommend them.
